چکیده
Biphasic nanocomposites consisting of tin oxide (SnO) are great interest to the research community due their potential use in various optoelectronic devices. In this paper, SnO and SnO/Zn nanostructures were explored using spray pyrolysis techniques. Diffractometric spectrometric methods employed examine optical characteristics elemental composition deposited thin films. The XRD data showed that films polycrystalline. diffractograms biphasic SnO/ZnS lower intensity compared uncoated samples, regardless substrate temperature. absorbance varied between 0.10 0.7 at different temperatures, while changed depending on reflectance spectra fluctuations maxima minima, whereas had low reflectance. band gap was 1.30 eV 1.10 for indicating suitability rise bandgap. extinction coefficient (k) increased with increasing temperature, a significant reduction magnitude, irrespective refractive index film samples generally low, study discussed applications found good agreement experimental data.
